Who went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home during our seven-night stay. The breakfast buffet had a delightful variety of options, blending Eastern and Western flavors. the Wi-Fi connection made it difficult to work effectively.

The location stands out, directly beside a large mall with easy access to public transport. Tram and bus stops right at the entrance. Airport bus service nearby. The breakfast offered good options, plenty to choose from, and the beds felt comfortable. Cleaning staff were exceptionally nice, always flashing a smile. My room could have been better regarding internet reliability. it dropped frequently, making it hard to work. Encountered some delays with room service that made me wait longer than expected. Reception staff were pleasant but had some communication gaps. while I had a pleasant stay, a few areas need attention to bring it to a higher standard.

The location was superb, as it is conveniently situated right next to a large shopping mall. The breakfast provided a delightful variety, especially enjoying the fusion of local and international flavors, which catered well to our family’s tastes. The staff's friendliness stood out. they truly made an effort to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable during our stay.
